Kya Khilaf- e-Sunnat Shadi mien Shirkat karna Jaiz hain? Boycott Kay dalail.



Hamare Moulviyon ne dawat qubool karne ki hadeesein khoob sunayi hain is  liye Qaum pet bharne kay Saray (Ahkamaat -e-Shariyat) pe saqti se amal karte Hain.
In ko kon se dawat qubool karne Chahiye aur kon se  Nahi,ye kabhi bataya nahi gaya.Aaj ki Shadiyon ki barbadiyo ki pusht par yehi hamara Moulvi Tabqa Hai ,Jo ek taraf Jahez aur khanay par khoob Tankees karte Hain,lekin doosri taraf ek Chor Darwaza khol Kar dete hain "Agar ladki walay Khushi se de rahe hain to Jayez hai".Yaad rahe Jahan Dawat qubool Karna shariyat Ka Hukum Hai,Waheen baaz Dawaton ko Na qubool karna bhi  Aayeeen shariyat Hain.

I-Dawat ki jagah agar koi Burai ho  rahi ho  to wahi Shaks Shirkat karey ,Jo us burayi ko khatam Kar sake,warna shirkat haram Hai.

II -Hadees-"Istafat Qalbak wa laoo Afataqa,Annaas".Imam Ahmed ( Radli allahu anhu)17545,Chahal hadees Nabvi( Radi Allahu Anhu)Sharah Targheebal Bani (1734)" yani Apne Dil zameer se poch, chahay log tujhe fatwa de".
Aise shadi jisme Mangni ya Baraat ,ya Jahez ya Salami ( Naach Ganay),Patakhe Fuzool kharchi ho wahan agar aap ( Sallallahu - Alayhe - Wasallam ) Tashreef late,to kya aap ( Sallalahu alyhe wasallam)ek minute bhi wahan Teherna pasand karenge??Agar Nahi to aap Ka wahan  Jaane Ka kya matlab rehta hain,aap Zameer se poochiye.

III- Hadees:Man tasbah bi qaumi,fahuva min hum
{ Sunan Abu dawood kitabul libas130}.Jo jis qaum ki naqal karega woh usi me shumar Hoga).
Ulema - e- Jamhoor Ka ittifaaq Hai jahez baraat Ka khana aur Mangni wagairah Mushrik samaj ki naqal hain.lihaza unme bhi Shirkat isi tarah Na jaiz Hai jis tarah valentine's ,Christmas  new year mein Hain.

IV- Wataaa- vanu ,alal birre ,Val taqwa,wala taa wanu,all isme Wal udwani( Surah maida ayat -2) 
Yani " tawun Karo Neki aur taqwa ke kamon mien Gunah aur Zyadati Kay kamon me Na Karo",Kon Nahi janta aaj Mushriko Jaise shadiyaan soceity ko Kitna nuqsan pahuncha rahi Hain,in me Ta wun Karne wala Woh  bhi Hai Jo aise shadiyon Ka Dawat nama qubool karte hain ( ye Quran ki khuli Nafarmani Hai).

V -Hadees- Jo Tumme se burai ko dekhe ,Hath se roke,Varna Zaban se Varna Dil se nafrat kare ye Imaan Ka kamzor tareen darja hai( Sahi Muslim 49)..aaj ki shadiyo ki burayi se har Shaks waqif hai,lekin agar  na Kisi Kay hath uthtay na zabaan khule ,na dil me nafrat ho balkay hath badhakar muskura kar Ruqqa Qubool kare to kya ye munafiqat Nahi??


VI- Hazrath Ali ( Radi Allahu Anhu )farmate hain ek Baar Nabi (Sallal lahu Alyehe Wasaalam) khanay ki Dawat pe unke Ghar tashreef laye.Ghar me Parde pe koi Nakhsh Dekh Kar foree wapas palat Gaye aur farmaya" Nabi kabhi aise Ghar me daaqil nahi hotay jahan  Aaraish aur Zebaish ho)
(Sunan Abu dawood3755,ibn maja3360 masnad ahmed222-220.Nabi (Sallahu Alyhe Wasalam ) Apne chahiti beti ki Dawat ko bhi boycot Kar Diya .Dawat Kay boycott Ka is sey bada jawaz aur  Kya ho Sakta hai??

VII-Hadees Abdullah bin Abbas ( Radi allahu anhu ) farmate Hain Anan Nabeya( Salllahu.Alaye.Wasaalam)..AnTa'aamal Mut bareyeen.

Yani Nabi( Sallahu alyhe Wasallam)ne ek dosre se muqable Karne walay Yani" log kya kahenge"ki fikar me Saikadon Mehmanon ko mehngi shadiyan  mein Jama Karne walon mein  ,dekhawa Shaan Takabur aur badhaye dekhanay walon ki Dawat me khanaay se Mana Kiya hai.Aise shadiyo me shirkat Karne walay ,dekhaway aur shaan ko mazboot karte Hain aur phir majboor ho Kar  Apne Ghar ki shadi me yehi sab Kuch kar ke dunya aur akhirat dono kharab karte Hain. 


VIII-Hadees-Man kana yauman billahi Wal yaumil akhrey,Fala taqadu Alaa maeede tedara alayhal khamar )( musnad ahmed islam me halal aur haram Az Yousuf Qarzavi ( Radi allahu anhu)
Tehqeeq meenat Kay istambati usoolon Kay mutabik sirf Sharab hi Makhsos Nahi balke jis Dawat main bhe Munkiraat aur Haram kaam ho us dawat ka boycott Kiya Jaye. 

IX-Abu Wail( Radi allahu anhu) be eik Dawat me Kahi aur lahv Yani ganay bajanay dekhay to foree ye keh Kar wapas palat gaye-Gana dilo me Nifaaq paida karta hai)

X-Abdullah ibn Umar 
( Radi allahu tallah anhu) ne ek waleme ki Dawat pe sajawat Kay parde latkay dekhe poocha Kay "Tumne kabay ko kab se Apne Ghar laa basaya Hai"??.Sathiyo ko Parda Phaad dene Ka Hukum Diya aur wapis laut Gaye ( Fatah ul Bari) huzefa - ibn- yamaan ( Radi Allahu Anhu) ne eik Dawat me ghair islami kapde notice kiye ye keh Kar foree wapis ho Gaye" Jo jis qaum ki naqal karega unhi mein shumar Kiya Jayega"..( Ibn Taimiya( radi allahu tallah anhu){Atesaa as Siratul Mustaqeem}.

XI-Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal( Radi Allahu Anhu) ek Dawat pe Gaye waha  kursiyo pe Chandi ki sajawat dekhe foree bahar nikal aye Mezban unko rokne ko doday aye unhon ne ek thappad Raseed Kar faramaya"zee Al majsoos  ,zee Al majsoos){ Ibn e Temiya,ehtesaa asseratal mustaqeem} Yani ye aag parasto ki naqal Hai. Hamare Khud Daar aur Ghairat Mand  Aslaaf jab Dawat me ghair islami cheez dekhte SIRF boycott hi Nahi karte ,balke mezbaan ko Thapaad bhi Raseed karne ki bhi himmat thi.

XIV -Dalail to aur bhi Be Shumar hain Zinda Zameeron kay liyee Ishara kafi hota hai.Jinke dil me wakae khauf -e -Akhirat hai,unke liye itne hi daleel kafi Hain ,Varna hazaar dalail bhi pesh kiye Jayen to baki sare dalail me koi kami  Nikal kar in khurafaat ko jaiz karte rahengay.kyunke Woh aur unke Baap Dada,Mamu- Nana bhi sabhi unke Mangni ,Joda-jahez khanon kay gande Naalon me doob kar nikle hain ,is liye is zidd pe aday rahenge." 

Bal nat baa 'wa MAA alfeena alyhe Aa fa' Naaa". Yani hum to wahi karenge jispar humne Apne baap dada ko Dekha,hamare Ahle Hadees bhai bhi Jinka Manhaj " kitab Allah ,kitab as sunnat " hain ,Hamaare Barelvi bhae jinhe Apne " Ashiq e rasool", mohabaat Ahle bait , Hasan Ur Hussain(Radi allahu anhu)hone par fakhr karte Hain,aur hamaare Deobandi bhai jo fiqhi- Ahjamaaat ko Deen aur shariyat ki asaas samjhte Hain,hamaare Shiya bhai Jo Aashiq e Ahle bait me seenay zakhmi Kar Lete Hain,in tamaam se darkhwast hai sirf ye tay kare"kya shaadi ki tamaam taqreebaat me mukammal 100% me mukammal Ettat ya Ettebe- e -Rasool lazimi hain nahi? Agar nikah Kay mehfil Kay alawaa baaqi tamaam Rusoomat me ye azaadi Hai ki Raam Chandra ji Ka Joda aur Jahez ,Lord Shiva Parwati  ji Ka khana,Maharani Jodha bai ki Mangni,Phool Bidday- Baraat dhoom dharakay se kiye jaa sakte Hain to Jaise chal Raha hain chlane deien.
ladkiyan ladkay tabah ho rahe hain to hone deien,Ghar bik rahe hain ya Sood me log Doob rahe hain to Doobne dein.Aur aise shadiyon me Jaye aur pet bhar kay khaye Sab Moulviyon ki tarah Fatwaay dete rahen" Agar ladki walay Khushi se Kar rahe hain to sab jaiz Hai" 

lekin agar aap kay nazdeek shadi me mukammal Etteba e Rasool lazmi Hai,to phir aisi Ghair Islami shadiyon mien Shirkat Karne walon ka sharayi Hukum bataye aise shadiyon ka Dawat Nama qubool Karna jayez Hain ya Nahi? 
Khudara parhez karna chahiye 
.Nahi Jana chahiye 
fuzool kharchi Nahi Karna chahiye wagairah.

 Seedhe - Sheedhe shariyat Kay ahkam istambaat Kar  ke ek lafz me Hukum batayien Kay.
